Four broad programme pillars working together to transform Kenya from the grassroot up — through debate, consultancy, conferences, and constitutional reform advocacy.
Public Policy Debates — civic education through structured discourse
Grassroot Political Consultancy — equipping leaders to lead better
Annual Conferences — 49 events across all 47 Kenyan counties
DCCA Monitoring & Evaluation — constitutional reform advocacy
We take pride in hosting and facilitating independent public policy debates on our platforms with the goal of building an informed, engaged citizenry around policy developments and updates.
Our Public Policy Debates are critical in boosting civic education and capacity on emerging political discourses in Kenya. Through structured debate, we ensure that complex governance issues are made accessible and actionable for citizens at every level.
These debates serve as the foundation of KCW's civic education mandate — creating a pipeline of informed citizens who can hold their leaders accountable, demand better policy, and participate meaningfully in the democratic process.
PPDs take place across KCW's county network, bringing debate directly to the communities most affected by the policies being discussed. Facilitators are drawn from academia, civil society, media, and civic leadership.
KCW is an unmatched provider of political consultancy services to new and established politicians seeking to begin or sustain ethical, effective political careers at every level of government.
We are equipped to provide needful consultancy to those seeking a new office as well as those interested to retain their seats. Our high-quality political consultancy services make us an equally reliable shoulder for all sitting political office holders navigating turbulent political times.
KCW's GPCS is especially focused on empowering youth candidates — breaking down the financial and structural barriers that prevent young, qualified Kenyans from entering electoral politics.
Full-spectrum campaign strategy, messaging, voter outreach, and ground operation planning.
Rapid response guidance for political office holders facing reputational or operational crises.
Policy development and legislative advisory for elected officials serving their constituents.
Team building, stakeholder engagement, and constituency relationship management for leaders.
Campaign finance management, donor relations, and compliant resource mobilization strategies.
IFK stands for "I'm for Kenya" — and B4 stands for "Building Bridges Bypassing Barriers." Together, these conferences are KCW's most visible and impactful programme.
Our county and national IFK/B4 annual conferences are a resounding voice of nationalism and patriotism at the grassroot level. Through these events, KCW provides objective advocacy for patriotic citizen participation towards nation-building — via uncensored, objective reporting on electoral justice, social justice, and economic justice.
The conferences provide attendees with an opportunity to network, partner, and organize for change — bringing together citizens, civic leaders, faith community figures, and youth from across Kenya.
In 2026, the national IFK/B4 Conference takes place at Railway Golf Club, Nairobi — on December 12th–13th.

KCW appreciates the fact that Kenya has one of the best constitutions in East Africa. However, this constitution has gaps on matters of structural oversight that must be addressed to fully unlock Kenya's governance potential.
For this reason, we advocate for our proposed DCCA (Draft Constitutional and Consequential Amendment) — a set of reforms seeking to deliver better separation of powers, stronger independence for government agencies, and a policy environment that fosters economic prosperity for Kenyans at the bottom of the pyramid.
KCW advocates for the DCCA to be executed via a popular initiative from the grassroot — ensuring that constitutional reform is driven by the people, not political elites.
The current constitutional framework, while strong, leaves room for political interference in independent institutions, inadequate economic policy for the lowest-income Kenyans, and insufficient checks on executive and legislative overreach.
DCCAME positions KCW as an active monitor and evaluator of this reform process — and of post-DCCA governance — to ensure accountability and follow-through on all commitments made to the Kenyan people.
